Frederick Taylor - aka Squire Frederick - is the officil Town Crier for Annapolis. 

Mayor Ellen Moyer announced Squire Frederick's initial appointment as the Annapolis Town Crier by letter on May 24, 2006. She wrote: "As crier, you will especially be called on over the next three years to announce to one and all the ensuing celebration of Annapolis Charter 300, commemorating our City's rich history in the struggles for liberty and civil rights for all citizens." After the end of his initial two-year appointment as the Annapolis Town Crier, Squie Frederick was gien an indefinite appointment as the Annapolis Town Crier.
