Dan Alagna and Amy Chase of Free Range Improv discussed how they have been making Annapolis laugh for about three years now. Their comedy improvisational troupe is cut from the same cloth as "Whose Line Is It Anyway." We talk about how improv is just what the doctor ordered for Annapolitans, their businesses, their nonprofits and for our troops.
