This week host Scott MacMullan talks to Gwen Manseau. Gwen is the Great Grandaughter of Capt. Philip Van Horn Weems, who is the "Weems" of Weems & Plath, a fine navigational instrument company located in Annapolis. Gwen talks about her family history as it applies to Annapolis. Capt. Philip Van Horn Weems was renowned for his navigational prowess and he rubbed shoulders with Charles Lindbergh.
